Referenced in Exhibit A of subscriber agreement
For notes on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other general matters, see General notes on web services.
This web service searches by DLN, for the purposes of flagging the presence of a conviction/supervision in a traffic-related case. As such, it has a search call but no GETCASE call.

Optional parameters
Automatic filter criteria specific to this web service- ALL of the following conditions must be met for a case to appear
Closed cases only
Offenses which are reportable to the Illinois Secretary of State, OR (at the Service Provider's sole discretion) Traffic and DUI cases
Cases with sentences- this criteria eliminated
Note: While supervision sentences are not technically convictions, they will be included because supervision is cause for sanction against the holder of a commercial driver's license.
All case data elements beyond those in a SEARCHCASES results set will be filtered out, because this is a "flag only" web service with no GETCASE call (the case details are to be obtained from the Secretary of State)
Sentence status (e.g. In Force, Suspended) will not affect this service, since disposed cases go to the Secretary of State irrespective of sentence status.
