AgreementOrPolicy

Description:

Each of these is a document governing the use of the web service, and notes the date it was last changed.  This is provided so that the subscriber can be aware of changes to documents such as the applicable terms of use.

Attributes:

• • name- the name of the agreement/policy (e.g. "Web Service Terms of Use")

  • effectiveDate- the effective date of the last modification of the agreement/policy.   Comparison of this date to a "last checked" date tracked by the subscriber will determine whether the subscriber should log in as indicated above in order to hlp you   If the subscriber's records indicate that they've never seen a particular revision of one of these documents, they can log in to their account using the Subscribers link on Judici's home page and be presented with any documents revised since the last time they logged in.
