BATCH parameter

When BATCH=false or unspecified, the search returns only search results. This lets the user loop through the results, find the cases of interest and run a GETCASE call for only those cases.

When BATCH=true, the SEARCHCASES call will go ahead and run a GETCASE call for every case in the search results, then return a zip file made up of:

• A search results file, called "index.xml"

• A case file (e.g. IL016025JL2009CF201D1.xml) containing the case details for each case in the results file
