Withdrawal
Description:
Withdrawal records are created when a case is taken out of collections by the court, which can happen at a judge's direction or when the original referral was erroneous. While this data includes other attributes for diagnostic purposes, the key data needed in order to recognize which placement to remove are described herein. Which of these are used by the collection agency depends on what data elements the agency is using to cross-reference their data with the original placement record from the court.
Attributes:
ID- this identifies court, case and defendant
LitigantNumber- this identifies both case and defendant (in case there is more than one on the case)
CaseNumber- this identifies only the case
CollectionState- should indicate "WITHDRAWN"
CollectionsDate- this is the date on which the withdrawal occurred
